Summary:

The ERP System Administrator/Sr ERP System Administrator is responsible for the application specific tasks pertaining to administration of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 environment.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with ERP team members Sysadmins/DBAs, Developers/Analysts to provide full accountability for the system
• Maintain and production support of the Oracle EBS 12.2 system
• EBS User management (UMX), AME, Security and Workflow administration
• Assist developers and analysts with activities involving enhancing application functionality
• Monitor workflows, application related jobs and data replication activities
• Oracle EBS application SOD analysis for SOX and GxP compliance
• License Manager, Configuration, and deployment of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2
• Work with developers, analysts, and users to define and migrate configurations, profiles, menus, request groups and responsibilities across different EBS environments
• Monitor Oracle application and concurrent managers, workflow mailer to meet the system uptime needs
• Responsible for deploying or migrating changes across EBS instances as per change control process
• Participate in testing and validation cycles as an EBS sysadmin
• Troubleshoot and help resolve Oracle application issues
• Administer system profiles that impacts the functionality of EBS system
• Work with developers and end-users with application support, across various EBS instances
• Provides direction and coaching to other IT staff as needed
• Position will involve supporting Project teams composed of multi-disciplinary teams including business analysts, systems analysts, programmers, and client users

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years related experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.2, as a EBS Sysadmin
• Strong experience with AME, Workflow Admin/Builder, XML Publisher, Forms/Reports
• Experience supporting Oracle EBS Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality modules in biotech/pharma business is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Information Systems, or relevant experience/certifications
• Oracle certification in EBS System Administration is preferred
• Experience with related applications is preferred: NOETIX, GRC, Config Snapshot, Toad and OEM
• Very good knowledge of Oracle EBS security management
• Experience in configuration migration, functional changes, and data management through the various stages of
• Thorough knowledge of SQL including PL/SQL
• Ability to perform Oracle EBS performance tuning and monitoring
• Good understanding and experience of of the EBS application and database design
• Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS 19c and WebLogic 12c, related utilities and tools is preferred
• Linux and Windows OS knowledge is preferred
